Van Jefferson

Van Jefferson Jr. (born July 26, 1996) is an American football wide receiver for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Ole Miss and Florida, and was drafted by the Rams in the second round of the 2020 NFL Draft.

Jefferson was born in Brentwood, Tennessee, and attended Ravenwood High School. He played college football at Ole Miss for two seasons, where he caught 98 passes for 1,529 yards and 14 touchdowns. After transferring to Florida, he caught 69 passes for 1,545 yards and nine touchdowns in his final two seasons.

Jefferson was drafted by the Rams in the second round of the 2020 NFL Draft. He played in 15 games as a rookie, catching 20 passes for 229 yards and two touchdowns. In his second season, he played in 16 games, catching 50 passes for 802 yards and six touchdowns.

Jefferson is the son of former NFL wide receiver Shawn Jefferson.

Jefferson is a talented wide receiver with good size, speed, and hands. He is also a good route runner and has a knack for making big plays. He is expected to be a key contributor for the Rams in the 2023 season.
