 Here are some foods that are high in magnesium:

Plant-based foods:

  • Leafy green vegetables: Spinach, kale, Swiss chard  
  • Nuts and seeds: Almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds  
  • Legumes: Lentils, chickpeas, black beans, kidney beans  
  • Whole grains: Brown rice, quinoa, whole-wheat bread  
  • Dark chocolate  
  • Tofu  

Other foods:

  • Fish: Halibut, mackerel, tuna
