  1. Informative Speech
    • Purpose: To educate the audience on a specific topic using facts, data, and clear explanations.
    • Example: A lecture on the solar system.
  2. Persuasive Speech
    • Purpose: To convince the audience to adopt a particular viewpoint or take specific action.
    • Example: A speech advocating for recycling.
  3. Entertaining Speech
    • Purpose: To amuse and engage the audience, often through humor or storytelling.
    • Example: A humorous after-dinner speech.
  4. Demonstrative Speech
    • Purpose: To show the audience how to do something, typically with visual aids or live demonstrations.
    • Example: A tutorial on baking a cake.
  5. Inspirational Speech
    • Purpose: To uplift and inspire the audience, often by appealing to their emotions and values.
    • Example: A graduation commencement address.
  6. Motivational Speech
    • Purpose: To encourage the audience to take action or improve themselves, focusing on drive and determination.
